Summer is the perfect time to leave the gym and go in search of adventure in the capital’s main entertainment park. In our selection we have gathered the most up-to-date schedule of training programs, which anyone can attend absolutely free of charge! There are three months of opportunities to meet with the best trainers and discuss your plan to transform your body and improve your health. So, open your diary and put in your schedule a mandatory visit to training programs in Gorky Park.
1. World Class in Neskuchny Sad
The World Class chain of fitness clubs holds free classes in Neskuchny Sad for everyone. Three times a week anyone can attend group running training with a trainer. Not sure of your strength? Start your day with Nordic walking in the park area. Walking with poles works practically all muscle groups – shins, hips, arms and shoulder girdle, abdomen. Additionally, the muscles of the neck, chest and back are developed and strengthened, which is especially important for those who spend the whole working day in the office.
When: from May 1 to June 30.
Where: gathering 15 minutes before the training at the address: Leninsky Prospekt, 30A, near the cafe “Shardam”.
Conditions: registrationis not required, come in sports uniform, as there will be no opportunity to change clothes.

2. training by Reebok in Neskuchny Garden
The training consists of functional movements performed with high intensity and maximum variability. In preparation for the race “Reebok. Become a man” the editorial staff of “Championship” visited a whole series of BMH trainings for beginners. More details in our material.
When: all summer long.
Where: Reebok training base next to the WorkOut site.
Conditions: pre-registrationis required, there is no opportunity to change clothes, there is a place where you can leave small items and bags for the duration of the training. It is important to arrive 5-10 minutes before the training to be on time for roll call. If you do not make it in time for roll call, the class may be counted as a truancy. Up to 3 absences are allowed without first canceling your registration on site.

4. Adidas BASEMOSCOW
Sports and creative space adidas opened its doors for everyone. The program includes: running, strength and functional training, yoga, stretching, soccer and basketball. Don’t forget to register before you head out for possibly the best workout of your life!

5. Roxy Yoga on the roof of the Gorky Park Museum.
The best ending to a hard and stressful working day is already waiting for you in Gorky Park. Roxy Russia team together with Yoga Method studio instructors has prepared the juiciest and most productive training programs for you this summer. Yoga, stretching and classic fitness – everyone will find something for everyone.
When: once a week all summer long at 8:00 am.
Where: on the observation deck of the main entrance to Gorky Park with a panoramic view of the city.

6. Roxy Fitness functional training
Invigorating Roxy Fitness workouts take place every Wednesday on the lawn next to the Grand Mass Field. Curators from the Sekta School of the Perfect Body have developed a special set of exercises designed to build muscle endurance and strength and prepare your body for boarding.
When: all summer once a week at 19:30.
Where: every Wednesday the Roxy girl will wait for you from 19:15 to 19:30 at the main entrance of the park and will take you to the training place.
Conditions: the workoutis free, no registration required, keep an eye on the current schedule.
6. Quiksilver Go Longboard Workout
This workout is for those who have just found their perfect board or are still searching for it. A professional team of Quicksilver Russia coaches will teach everyone how to ride a longboard correctly. A nice bonus: you don’t have to bring your longboard with you, just register and get it on the spot!

7. Vans Off The Wall Skateboarding School
At the classes beginners learn the basics of skateboarding in the park, basic tricks, proper grouping in case of a fall and, of course, find friends with sporting interests. This is how they become a part of Russian skateboard culture, which Vans brand has been actively developing for many years.
When: skateboarding school is open in the morning every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The exact time of the lesson will be announced by the coach (depending on the group to which the student will be assigned).
Where: Vans Off The Wall skatepark in Gorky Park.
