Tomato soup is good for the joints and cardiovascular system, rich in vitamins A and C, and is often recommended by endocrinologists and nutritionists. Per 100 g of the dish is only 48 kcal.

Ingredients

  • tomatoes: 500 g;
  • onions: 100 g;
  • tomato juice: 300 ml;
  • celery stalk: 100 g;
  • salt to taste;
  • garlic: 2 cloves.

Preparation

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  2. Wash the celery stalk and peel off the top layer with a vegetable peeler, then chop finely.
  3. Wash the tomatoes and cut in half, remove the stalk. Then put in a saucepan, add onion, celery and pour tomato juice.
  4. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. When the vegetables are ready, they need to be beaten in a blender, pass through a sieve, pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Tip: if possible, tomatoes can be smoked. When serving, you can add soft cheese or tofu and lots of chopped herbs.
