Peru is called “the land of the Incas” because in ancient times this powerful civilization flourished here and left a grand legacy of temples, a network of excellent roads, aqueducts and myths of gold and lost cities. To this day many people come here for solitude and spiritual enrichment, ideal for this is a hotel located in the Sacred Valley on the way from the city of Cusco to the legendary Machu Picchu. Guests are invited to spend the night in a transparent capsule fixed on a rock. At an altitude of 400 meters, tourists can enjoy spectacular views of nature and starry skies.

Ferri created the drawings of the capsule himself. Safety has been checked and confirmed by engineers, and the hotel staff regularly and carefully monitor its condition. So you can rest assured – you’ll be safe at this altitude.

The capsules are surprisingly comfortable: a person can stand in them in full height, sleep in a soft and warm bed and drink coffee at a cozy table. Tourists are helped to climb the rock to their room by guides. They can be contacted at any time of the day and night.

How to get there?

Climbing to the capsules is not easy: you need to overcome hundreds of steps, which are fixed directly in the rock and pass over the abyss on a suspended “bridge” of two steel ropes.

The owners of the hotel have also thought about those with a slightly above average physical fitness. These guests can get to the hotel on the trail. But they will still have to walk on metal steps. So if you’re not very fit, you’ll have to work on your body before the trip.

But the descent down is a real adventure. Hotel guests drive down the ziplane, which consists of seven long sections.

Climbing guides stand guard over the safety of tourists and always and everywhere accompany their guests. Each guide is a seriously trained person who knows how to administer first aid and is ready for any situation.

How much does it cost?

A day’s stay at Skylodge Adventure Suites costs about 60 thousand rubles for two people, this amount includes breakfast and dinner, tourists are also offered wine. Total: three nights in the hotel for two people will cost you about 170 thousand rubles. The more days you book, the more profitable the trip.

To get to the place where the hotel is located, you can get from the city of Cusco by transfer, which is provided by the hotel. But before arriving in this Peruvian city, you need to get to the capital of the country – Lima. The cost of a ticket from Moscow and back is about 70 thousand rubles per person.
