Yoga is the best sport
Valeria admits that throughout her life her weight practically does not change. “As was 55 kg at the age of 18, and now,” – says the singer. But she was indifferent to sports at first – all the strength the girl gave to the music school. True, she has always been mesmerized by the plasticity of gymnasts and ballerinas, and she even as a child easily sat on the twine. But in physical education still had a stable “C”, and seriously involved in sports only after she realized that the risk of being left without a gold medal.
