What makes a person truly happy? This question has worried philosophers and psychologists for centuries. Happiness is a state of inner satisfaction and harmony. How does it manifest itself and what do you need to do to enter it?

An integral part of happiness is a healthy lifestyle. For example, good sleep, a balanced diet and sports affect our physical health. It, in turn, directly affects the emotional background and sense of satisfaction.

Psychological well-being is also a key to happiness. People who do not hold inside resentment, anger, jealousy, feel much better and more harmonious. Sometimes we may not notice how a negative emotion eats us from the inside and makes us unhappier.

If a person is happy, it is most often visible immediately. He or she thinks and lives in a certain way. How?

7. Lead a healthy lifestyle. Keep an eye on your physical and psychological health, because your happiness and well-being depend on it.

The main sign of happiness is a positive and grateful outlook on life. This state lies in every moment, if you know how to live “here and now”. The present is the only moment of truth. The past is just memories, the future is expectations. Learn to notice small joys – a spring flower, a child’s smile, the taste of food. That is the secret of happiness.
