This set of exercises is suitable for home and outdoors.

Weights are a great compact solution for a variety of workouts. First, they allow you to exercise at home and don’t take up a lot of space. Secondly, they help to complicate exercises and increase the load on different muscle groups. In this, they can probably be compared to resistance bands, which perform a similar function.

Today’s workout consists of six exercises, all of which are performed in two or three approaches of 15 repetitions. Among them: standing hip extension, hip extension, back press and a few more simple elements.
