What are superfoods?

This name was given to products with a high concentration of useful substances, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which in combination helps to lead a healthy lifestyle and protect the body from all sorts of harmful things. Superfoods are not bio-additives created and grown in the laboratory, but berries, roots, seeds, leaves, algae, which have been growing on our planet for hundreds of years and have always existed among us. For a long time the possibility of their use was not even known, until it came to it by raw foodists and vegetarians who were looking for something that would allow them to fully replace products of animal origin.

What kind of superfoods are there?
