Training results are strongly influenced by fatigue.

The depth of fatigue depends on two key factors: physical and psycho-emotional. Subjectively, we can assess the degree of fatigue by the level of fatigue, which will directly affect our training results, the amount of energy, strength, endurance and the desire to do sports.

But it is this state that should motivate you to go to the gym, because training normalizes the work of all body systems, relieves stress and psycho-emotional tension, gives a portion of positive emotions, a sense of muscle tone, improves well-being and health.

To ensure that the battery by the end of the working day is not discharged, it is necessary to observe the following rules:

  • quality sleep seven to eight hours;
  • qualitative food basket with consideration of balanced calories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates;
  • adherence to a drinking regimen – 0.33 ml per kilogram of body weight;
  • every 30-45 minutes it is worth doing small walks, “industrial” gymnastics”. Do not sit still for a long time;
  • at lunch it is recommended to do breathing exercises, meditation, a walk in the park;
  • take vitamin and mineral complexes prescribed by a doctor;
  • make a training plan and strictly follow it. This will form a habit, and after three or four weeks of regular training, the desire to go to the gym will appear automatically;
  • loads should be moderate in volume and intensity. After training you should feel a surge of energy, improved mood and well-being.

The desire to train may depend on individual circadian rhythms. If you are a “lark”, training in the morning is ideal for you. For “owls”, evening time will be very comfortable.

“Pigeons” achieve the best results during the day, but can train in the morning and evening. The daily biorhythm can be adjusted to your lifestyle, the main thing – a clear adherence to the schedule of work, training and rest.
