What is delicious and healthy to make from plums?

Large sweet dessert varieties of plums are eaten raw. All the useful properties will be exactly in fresh fruits, but they are actively used in the kitchen. They are added to fruit salads, baked goods and other desserts. From plums, dried fruits are prepared. They are stuffed with duck, used in the preparation of sweet and sour sauces for meat, for the preparation of jams, jams, marmalade. For stuffing in pies, for pies, prepare various drinks.

Plum salad

You will need:

  • plum – 100 g;
  • walnuts – 10 g;
  • almonds – 10 g;
  • apples – 1 pc;
  • cherry tomatoes – 3 pcs;
  • salad mixture;
  • salt, pepper – to taste;

for dressing:

  • orange juice – 1 tbsp;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp.

Wash apples and plums, cut into slices. Cut cherries into quarters. Tear or chop the greens with your hands. Roast nuts in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes, cool and chop with a knife.

Make the dressing – mix the orange juice with the oil, add salt and pepper and whisk. Dress the salad and sprinkle with nuts. Done!

Plum jam “5 minutes”

You will need:

  • plums – 1 kg;
  • sugar (coconut) – 200 g.

Wash the plum well, remove the pips, cut as you like (into slices or cubes). Place in a pot with a thick bottom, sprinkle sugar on top and leave to extract the juice from the plum.

After about two hours, the sugar will dissolve. Then you need to put the pan on medium heat. Constantly stirring, bring the jam to a boil. Then make the fire a little less and cook for five minutes. If foam is released, it should be removed. In five minutes, the plum will boil, but will hold its shape.

Hot jam pour into sterilized jars, close the lids and turn over. Wrap the jars and leave them until they cool down completely. After storing in a dark cool place.

Such homemade jam is less harmful than purchased jams and other similar additives. It can be used with porridge, granola, sandwiches and even with meat.

Plum Nutella

You will need:

  • plums – 1 kg;
  • coconut sugar – 500 g;
  • natural cocoa – 3 tbsp. l.

Wash the plums well and remove the seeds. Slice and place in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Sprinkle sugar on top and put on medium heat. Stew the plum until the amount of juice is reduced by half. Then crush the berries with a blender and add cocoa. Stir and put on the fire to stew for 5-6 minutes, turn off the heat and let stand.

When cooled, the plum nutella will become thicker. It is a flavorful and delicious dessert that can be served for breakfast.

Plum grated pie

You will need:

  • plums – 1 kg;
  • almond flour – 300 g;
  • coconut flour – 200 g;
  • rice flour – 100 g;
  • ghee oil – 100 g;
  • coconut oil – 50 g;
  • coconut sugar – 300 g;
  • cinnamon – to taste;
  • salt – to taste.

Mix the flour with the salt, coconut oil and ghee and grind everything into crumbs. Wash the plum well, remove the pit and sprinkle sugar on top, let stand.

Sprinkle the crumble on the bottom of a parchment-lined mold, then layer the plum and sprinkle with the crumble again. Put the rest of the plum and sprinkle with the remaining crumble. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Then cool – and you can serve!

Plum pastilla

You will need:

  • plums – 1 kg;
  • cinnamon – to taste;
  • ginger – to taste.

Wash the plums well, remove the pit. Place on a baking tray with parchment and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes until soft. Then chop in a blender, add the juice of grated ginger. If the plum is sour, you can add sweetener or honey.

Place the plum mixture on parchment greased with vegetable oil. Dry in the oven with the door slightly open at a temperature not exceeding 75 degrees until completely dry. Let the dry marshmallow cool and pack for storage.
