Endurance Challenge: YouTube blogger gets rid of her belly in two weeks

This is what blogger Sara Sarangova, who has long wanted to lose weight, decided. The girl and before tried to train and build a proper diet, but she broke down – the desire to continue disappeared. But now she confidently joined Chloe Ting‘s two-week challenge to achieve a perfect figure and get rid of extra centimeters in the waist.

What is Chloe Ting’s challenge?

Chloe Ting is considered a successful fitness and lifestyle blogger. She runs a popular YouTube channel, where she publishes workouts for different muscle groups, recipes for healthy dishes and simply gives motivational advice. Last summer, the girl launched a two-week challenge, the goal of which is to lose weight, as well as to emphasize working out the abs and reducing the volume of the waist.

All the rules of the marathon and videos with classes Ting published in free access on her personal website, so the participants only had to stock up on strength. After all, joining the challenge, you need to perform exhausting exercises every day, gradually increase the load and time of sessions. In addition, it is necessary to carefully adjust the diet. And at the end – to share your own results.

In the first training week, the girl performed exercises for abs and buttocks: classical, side and reverse twists, various types of static and dynamic plank, squats. Sarah admits that due to the lack of experience she made many mistakes in the technique and practiced without a mat and sneakers, because now there is no opportunity to buy new equipment.

I would like to clarify that I am not a professional. Some exercises I can really do wrong, because I am still learning. Sooner or later I will get everything perfect, but for now, we’ll go with what we have.

Due to the fact that the blogger has never played sports and she skipped school physical education classes, her first workouts were extremely difficult for her. And instead of increasing the load, she did the same 10-minute program in the mornings to somehow adapt. What was Sarah’s surprise when after just seven days the results didn’t take long to show. She got rid of 8 centimeters in her waist and now her girth was 75.

The second week: increasing the load and impressive results

In the second week, the girl began to gradually increase the daily calorie intake to 1200-1330 kcal and along with it the load. Now Sarangova began to train for 40-50 minutes and perform four different sessions a day. They included full-body and cardio exercises: mountain climber with push-ups, running in place, burpees, squats with jumping jacks and others.

I feel so much better already. I have a nice lightness in my stomach, don’t feel like I want to die in my workouts at all. I can feel my abs and it feels really good.

Training on the abs and lower part of the body blogger was quite successful, which can not be said about cardio. Also at this stage of the Challenge connected exercises with a fitness rubber band for legs and buttocks: shoulder bridge, circular movements of the thigh, leg back and to the side, kneeling. But Sarah performed all the moves without the equipment.

According to the results of the two-week marathon, the girl completely lost her belly and began to show a little bit of abs. True, she still intends to continue working on her waist. But the fact remains: after half a month her volume decreased by 11 cm and became 72.
