The handstand is a spectacular but rather difficult exercise. If you are in good physical shape, you can even do push-ups in the handstand. You will need good fitness and a willingness to learn. Handstand push-ups require strong arms, back and trained abs. You also need to develop balance and coordination.
Preparatory exercises
Frog
This exercise is designed to develop the sense of your own weight, balance and coordination. Take this pose and try to hold it for at least 30 seconds.

Find a suitable vertical surface, throw your legs in and hold in a handstand for up to 1 minute. When you learn to do this, do the same exercise with your arms bent at the elbows.

Right Angle Push-ups
Find a suitable support, throw your legs and bend your body so that they form a right angle. Try push-ups in this position.

Take a handstand against the wall and try to do push-ups smoothly up to 15 times.
