Preparation:

  2. Bring the milk from the refrigerator to room temperature and pour it into the eggs.
  3. Beat the mixture with a fork, not with a whisk or mixer, so that the omelet has the right texture.
  4. Season with salt to taste and beat again with a fork, being careful not to get too foamy or large bubbles.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into a mold greased with butter and leave in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
