Apples baked with dates and nuts.

You will need:

  • apples – 2 pcs;
  • dates – to taste;
  • nuts – to taste.

Take apples, cut off the cap, carefully peel out the core with a spoon. Prepare the stuffing: wash dates, take out the pips, then finely chop. Desiccate walnuts on a dry pan until pleasant aroma, then cool and chop. Mix the walnuts with the dates and stuff the apples with it.

Put the stuffed apples in a mold and bake in the oven until ready – cooking time depends on the variety of apples. For such a dish it is better to take sour fruits.

Microwave chips

Cut apples into thin rings, rinse them in cold water and dry them with a paper towel. Then dry in the microwave on maximum power for 10-15 minutes. If there is a grill mode, grill for the last 3-4 minutes.

You will need:

  • celery stalk – 1 pc;
  • apples – 2 pcs. (sour apples are better);
  • lemon – 1/2 pc;
  • nuts (walnuts, pine nuts) – 30 g.

Chop everything, dress with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Smoothie of apples, celery, cucumber

You will need:

  • apple – 1 pc;
  • cucumber – 1pc;
  • celery – 1 stalk.

Peel the apple from the seeds, beat together with cucumber and celery in a blender. Done!

Apples baked with cinnamon

You will need:

  • apples – 2 pcs;
  • cinnamon – to taste.

Wash apples, peel off the skin. Place on parchment, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake until ready. You can also add any sweetener.

You will need:

  • apples – 1 kg;
  • walnuts – 500 g.

Peel apples. Roast walnuts on a dry pan, cool, chop. Grate apples on a coarse grater.

Place a layer of grated apple in an 18 cm molded pastry ring, sprinkle with walnuts, slightly tamp it down. Top with another layer of apples, then nuts again, you can add another layer and finish with nuts.

  • honey or other sweetener – to taste;
  • coconut oil – 50 g;
  • pinch of salt;

  • cinnamon – to taste;
  • sweetener – to taste.

Peel apples, cut them, put them in a frying pan and stew with water, sweetener and cinnamon until soft. Knead the dough. If it is too crumbly, you need to add more water.

Place the dough in a mold, form a basket-shaped crust with sides. Bake for about 15 minutes until lightly golden. Place apples in the finished basket, smooth them out and let cool slightly.

Oatmeal cookies with apples and cinnamon

You will need:

  • oatmeal (ground) – 200 g;
  • apples (diced) – 150 g;
  • honey – 2 tbsp;
  • cinnamon – to taste;
  • egg -1 pc;
  • vanilla extract – 1 tsp.

In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, sliced apples, honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add it to the mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Form small muffins on a baking tray covered with parchment. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until they are golden.

Apple red tea with ginger and honey

You will need:

  • apples (diced) – 200 g;
  • ginger root (chopped) – 1 tsp;
  • honey – 2 tbsp;
  • hot water – 500 ml;
  • lemon – a few slices.

Dissolve honey in hot water and add chopped ginger. Add sliced apples. Pour the tea into a mug and serve with a slice of lemon.

Apple salad with walnuts and honey dressing

You will need:

  • apples (sliced) – 300 g;
  • walnuts (roasted) – 100 g;
  • honey – 2 tbsp;
  • lemon juice – 20 ml;
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. tbsp.

In a large bowl, put the chopped apples and walnuts. In a separate bowl, mix honey, lemon juice and olive oil. Pour the prepared honey dressing over the apple-walnut salad and mix gently.
