Olivier is the most popular dish on the holiday table. It is customary for us to prepare this salad literally in basins and continue eating it for several days after New Year’s Eve. But how will it affect your health?

The composition of olivier has been constantly changing. If the original recipe included quail eggs, potatoes, crawfish necks and gherkins, the modern version involves the addition of sausage or chicken, carrots and peas.

The main harmful ingredient in the modern recipe is sausage, which is industrially processed meat and contains soy protein, a huge amount of E-additives, flavorings, colorings.
