Cheerful morning: a set of exercises for quick awakening

There is such a popular opinion that the morning is not good. But what if you start it with simple physical exercises, for which you do not even have to get out of a soft bed? All you’ll need to do is wake up.

These are very good exercises for morning exercise. They can get you in a great mood for the rest of the day.
The warm-up involves all the main joints. Inessa recommends repeating each exercise 10-15 times to achieve a revitalizing effect.
Back warm-up
- Sit on the bed with crossed legs.
- Extend your arms forward, interlocking the hands between them.
- Round your back, stretching your shoulders following your arms.
- Then straighten your back and turn your shoulders to the sides.
- Repeat this way several times.
Leg warm-up
- Straighten your legs in front of you.
- Pull the toes away from you.
- After pulling them towards yourself.
- Repeat the exercise several times.
That’s the whole morning warm-up. It’s amazing how a modest 5-10 minutes in the morning can improve your day and your well-being.
