Overeating starts when the diet becomes monotonous.

The first week

Svetlana: At this stage you should give up sweets, flour, sour milk products and other favorite foods. Why is this important? The fact is that a monotonous menu over time ceases to bring results. When we exclude familiar foods from the diet, the body experiences stress and begins to lose weight. Overcome the craving for familiar dishes will help a simple trick: agree in advance with yourself that this experiment will last a short time – just a week. Here, breakdowns are practically excluded, because the brain has received a signal that the restrictions will last no more than seven days.

Svetlana: Along with proper nutrition, training is also important. Not necessarily strength training – Pilates, yoga, walking will help to tone the body and strengthen muscles. The body will become more flexible and elastic. In addition, I recommend including body care procedures: contrast shower, light massage, lymphatic drainage exercises.

Third week

In the third week, harmful products are allowed in very minimal, purely symbolic amounts. Include in your diet their healthy counterparts: for example, replace sweets with fruit, and white bread – dark whole-grain. Experiment and add new dishes to your menu. The same cauliflower can be cooked in such a way that you can lick your fingers just by adding sour cream-garlic sauce and a little cheese. And do not forget that overeating begins at the moment when the diet becomes monotonous.

Advice from an expert: do not forget to weigh yourself at the beginning of the experiment, take measurements, take pictures of yourself. Until the end of the experiment, it is better not to approach the scale. Do not expect lightning results, and after three weeks you will definitely see the difference. Learn to enjoy not only achieving your goal, but also the process itself.
