Liaisan Utyasheva launched her own show, where she makes her celebrity friends sweat.

Gymnast Liaisan Utyasheva has been doing sports training for 10 years. They took place not only in the framework of their joint project with her husband Pavel Volya “Power of Will”, in 2010 she was the host of the popular program “Charging with the Stars” on the NTV channel. Now this experience has become the inspiration for creating her own show.

This new project gathered the best of the previous ones. Sport, like many other things, has moved online. Therefore, Liaisan invites guests to her by video link and connects them to training. Garik Kharlamov, Timati, Anastasia Reshetova, Maxim Galkin, Timur Batrutdinov and other stars have already participated in the program.

Why do you need to exercise every day?

Liaisan is sure that it is enough to devote at least 15 minutes to physical exercises every day. It did not work in the morning – do a workout in the evening after work, it does not matter. Exercise is a great mood booster, good for the immune system and improves the quality of life. Plus, it’s sure to keep all your muscles toned and help you achieve the necessary body definition.

We not only perform cardio and strength training, but also share our favorite exercises, diet and beauty secrets. Classes do not require any special physical preparation or sports equipment: anyone can join us to energize themselves for the whole day.

How do you train with Lyaisan Utyasheva and Pavel Volya?

Only the laziest people do not switch to the online format nowadays. Liaisan says that all the guests are very happy to be able to exercise remotely. The first guest was Timur Batrutdinov, who was happy that he would at least somehow be trained at a distance. Everything goes very lively and natural. This is not a shooting studio, and here there are its “pluses”. Viewers are interested in how this or that hero lives, what’s at home there….

However, the next guests of the “program” are still kept secret.

I can only hint that there will be athletes from other sports and famous artists.

And after self-isolation?

The gymnast reassures subscribers who are already accustomed to practicing in a cheerful company – charging will continue after self-isolation. Summer is ahead, and Liaisan knows for sure that many people want to get in shape after a prolonged quarantine.

What to watch?

We were confused by the wide variety of workouts and asked Liaisan to compile her personal top to help us (and you) navigate.

  • Themost invigorating workout: probably with Nastya Dorofeeva. Aerobics 2020, we jumped around for 15 minutes without a break. You can watch it and join in, the calories are flying away unnoticed and fun.
  • The most relaxed workout: with Svetlana Bondarchuk, wait on air.
  • The most fun workout: with Garik Kharlamov and Timur Batrudinov. It was just the beginning of the quarantine, positive emotions were needed.
  • The most difficult training: with Natalia Ragozina. This is a joint training “boxing at home”. Its heroes were Demis Karibidis, Yulianna Karaulova with Andrei Cherny and us. All this was held under the guidance of the most titled boxer in the world. Be sure to train with us…or laugh at our attempt.
  • Most Favorite Workout: it’s like asking which child is the most favorite…It’s impossible to choose!
