Twenty-four hours until New Year’s Eve. Detox plan with recipes from a nutritionist for weight loss

Before the New Year’s feast, the body needs unloading. Daily detox – a gentle program of cleansing and recovery – will help. I will tell you how to conduct detox with maximum benefit.

Detox is a process of cleansing from toxins and accumulated products of metabolism. All organs are involved in this process: skin, kidneys, lungs, gastrointestinal tract and especially the liver.

A daily detox is a quick detoxification option that will help cleanse the body and digestive system, eliminate excess fluid and improve well-being. Cleansing will be the impetus for restoring your eating regimen and returning to a full diet, helping to reboot your body.

The main task of the express detox is to minimize the impact of toxins on the body with a special hypotoxic diet.

One day of the program will be part of a balanced diet, not stressful like a long cleansing journey. Prolonged detox can cause loss of energy, digestive upset, dizziness and headaches.

During an express detox, you should avoid drinking tea, coffee and any alcohol. Drink more pure water and herbal teas (dandelion root, burdock root, nettle, milk thistle).

It is preferable to eat three times a day, but if such a regime is given with difficulty, you can add a second breakfast and an afternoon snack.

I suggest a menu for one day from our author’s program on detox.

Breakfast

For breakfast detox day is suitable nutritious colored smoothie, rich in healthy plant fiber.

Ingredients:

  • water – 200 ml;
  • spinach – 100 g;
  • frozen berries – 80 g;
  • cucumber – 1 pc;
  • avocado – 1/2 pc;
  • pear – 1/2 pc;
  • ground flax seeds – 2 tbsp;
  • ground cinnamon – a pinch;
  • lemon juice – 1 tsp;
  • kiwi – 1/2 pc.

Method of preparation:

Put all ingredients in the bowl of a blender and whisk until smooth.

Second breakfast

With a strong sense of hunger, you can make a second breakfast of steamed vegetables and nuts.

Ingredients:

  • carrots – 50 g;
  • broccoli – 100 g;
  • cauliflower – 100 g;
  • Brussels sprouts – 50 g;
  • bell pepper – 50 g.

To steamed vegetables you can add a few pieces of Brazil nuts.

Lunch

For lunch, it is recommended to prepare a Mediterranean salad.

Ingredients (for three servings):

  • black beans – 100 g;
  • cilantro – a bunch;
  • garlic – a few cloves;
  • green onions – 3 feathers;
  • red bell pepper – 1 pc;
  • red onion – 1/2 pc;
  • lemon juice – 3 tbsp;
  • quinoa – 75 g;
  • cayenne pepper – a pinch;
  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • cumin – 1 tsp;
  • apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp;
  • olive oil – 1 tsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Soak beans and quinoa overnight in cool water before cooking.
  2. Boil the groats until tender.
  3. In a bowl prepare sauce – mix oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, crushed garlic, cayenne pepper, zira and salt.
  4. Finely chop the herbs.
  5. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly, place in a salad bowl, pour in the sauce, mix thoroughly.
  6. Add chopped peppers and onions, boiled beans and herbs to the salad bowl.

Afternoon snack

For an afternoon snack, prepare a delicious avocado pudding, which will perfectly replace cakes with trans fats from the nearest store.

Ingredients:

  • avocado – 1/2 pc;
  • berries – 150 g;
  • natural cocoa – 1 tbsp;
  • water – 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

Whip the ingredients in a blender until homogeneous.

Dinner

The dinner of the detox day should be warming. Prepare a soup puree of broccoli and zucchini.

Ingredients:

  • broccoli – 300 g;
  • zucchini – 300 g;
  • leeks – 200 g;
  • herbs – to taste;
  • salt – to taste;
  • ground black pepper – to taste;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp;
  • pumpkin seeds – 1 tbsp;
  • coconut cream – 1 tbsp. per serving (optional).

Preparation method:

  1. Place the vegetables in a pot, fill with water about 3/4 full and leave to cook until half cooked. After 15-20 minutes the vegetables will be ready.
  2. Add oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Chop the vegetables with a blender until puréed.
  4. Add the seeds and cream to the soup.

I note that during detox is necessary physical activity: walking in the fresh air, swimming, yoga, Pilates, active group classes at the gym.

During the detox it is better to refuse taking antispasmodics, reduce the use of antiperspirants.

I recommend that day to visit the bath, steam with a broom or take a home bath with magnesium salt. Take care of the lymphatic drainage system – make a massage with a dry brush.

When leaving the detox, you need to follow a few recommendations:

  • Leave in your diet foods rich in fiber (vegetables) to maintain a healthy intestinal microflora;
  • for at least a week try not to eat bread, pastries, sweets, alcohol;
  • add meat and dairy products to your diet gradually, in small portions.

Detox nutrition will help to balance the biochemical processes of the body, improve the state of intestinal microflora. During the cleansing diet, the detoxification organs are subjected to a minimal load, which allows them to rest and gain strength for work.

A special diet improves the work of the gastrointestinal tract and normalizes metabolism. Balanced diet strengthens immunity, skin becomes smooth and elastic, hair becomes silky and shiny, nails stop breaking.

During detox reduces the load on the kidneys, they begin to work actively and remove excess fluid in a timely manner, so swellings quickly go away.
