What healthy desserts can you make at home?
Desserts and sweets from the store can be a dangerous calorie trap with sugar and fast carbs. But don’t be intimidated, the love for brownies can be safe. Treats without harm to health and figure can be prepared independently.
Honey and butter are stewed in a water bath. Add baking soda, gently stirring the mixture. After increasing in volume, remove the mass from the fire and let it cool down. Add egg and soft cottage cheese to the mixture, sift flour and knead elastic, not sticky to the hands dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Then divide into seven equal parts and roll out very thin circles. Leave the scraps directly on the baking tray, they will be needed for sprinkling. Send the cakes to the oven for 4-5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients for the cream and assemble the cake, alternating cakes and cream. Sprinkles are made from the trimmings of the cakes, ground in a blender. Done!
Raspberry marmalade

- raspberries – 250 g;
- dates – 4 pcs;
- agar-agar – 2 tsp.
Separate dates from the pips, pour boiling water and leave for an hour. After removing the skin and chop with a blender. Raspberries knead with a fork, mix with 30 g of date paste and agar-agar.
Heat the mixture over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring gently. Let cool, spread into silicone molds and put in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
Nut-free cake-soufflé “Raspberry mood”

for a 20 cm cake:
- sunflower seeds – 100 g;
- pumpkin seeds – 50 g;
- dates – 100 g;
- coconut shavings – 50 g;
- coconut oil – 1 tbsp;
for the mousse:
- green buckwheat (soak in advance for eight hours and rinse well) – 400 g;
- raspberries – 250 g;
- freshly squeezed lemon juice – 1.5 tbsp;
- maple syrup – 100 ml;
- oat milk – 270 ml;
- agar-agar – 2 tsp.
Mix sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dates, coconut shavings in a blender, then add coconut oil. Spread onto a mold covered with food wrap and place in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
In a blender, whiz the buckwheat greens, maple syrup, raspberries and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Separately, mix the oat milk and agar-agar, bring to a boil and keep on the heat for another four minutes to activate the agar-agar. Pour the mixture into the blender to the main mixture and whip.
Pour the finished mousse over the base and leave in the refrigerator for five hours. The dessert itself should also be stored in the refrigerator.

For the biscuit:
- egg – 4 pcs;
- almond flour – 65 g;
- cocoa powder – 2 tbsp;
- sweetener erythritol – 200 g;
- baking soda – 1/2 tsp.
for the filling:
- heavy cream 33% – 200 ml;
- cream cheese mascarpone – 100 g;
- sweetener to taste;
- vanilla extract to taste;
- gelatin (agar-agar) – 10 g.
Soak gelatin and let it swell, and then dissolve on the fire. Beat eggs with sweetener to stiff peaks. Add flour, cocoa powder and baking soda, mix well.
Spread the dough in a mold, the bottom of which should be covered with parchment paper. Send to the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees. After we let it cool down. Beat cream cheese with cream and sweetener, add cooled gelatin and mix.
Put the cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut the biscuit in half and assemble the slices. Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Mashed potato the bananas. Add eggs and sweetener, flour, cocoa and baking powder to the mashed bananas. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Pour the batter into a baking mold and send it to the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Place the finished biscuit in the bowl of a blender and chop to a sticky mass. Add the nut paste and mix. Shape the cakes, roll them in cocoa powder and it’s ready!
