Nothing in this world is perfect, and the summer season is unfortunately no exception to this sad rule. Sometimes the heat can be so annoying that you have to look for ways to cool down somehow. Often food comes to the rescue – refreshing cocktails, a cold bottle of water and your favorite ice cream.

Today we will tell you about another dish that will definitely do the job – cold soup. And if you doubt that it is delicious, then memorize their recipes and convince yourself in practice.

Okroshka

Caloric content: 59.2 kcal / 100 g.

  • kefir – 1 liter;
  • cucumber – 2 pcs;
  • radish – 4-5 pcs;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • chicken breast – 200 g;
  • green onion – 3-4 feathers;
  • dill, parsley and cilantro – a large bundle;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

You can decorate with a sprig of dill.

Apple soup

  • green apples – 6 pcs;
  • onion – 1 pc;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • fresh ginger root – 3 cm;
  • cream with 20% fat content – 500 ml;
  • butter – 1 tbsp;
  • salt;

Using a fork, make punctures in the apples, bake them until soft in the microwave or oven and peel them from the core. Then peel and chop the onion, garlic and ginger and fry in oil for about 10 minutes. Next, pour in 200ml of water, boil, salt and pepper. Mix the apple mixture with the vegetables, liquid and cream, chop in a blender until puréed and refrigerate. Pink pepper and mint can be used for decoration.
