It can be a banal watching a movie with a cup of tea or coffee, at home under a blanket with a loved one or alone – who likes it. Or doing your favorite sport, if it really gives you energy and resources.

That’s all the basic recommendations: we shift the focus of attention to what we like, let ourselves feel happy.
