How does stretching work on muscles and joints?

Improperly organized workplace, the habit of tilting the head to the phone, lack of a comfortable pillow – all this leads to the fact that with age some muscles shorten and are subject to spasms more often. As a result, metabolism is impaired and posture deteriorates.

Stretching relieves muscles from overstrain, improves blood circulation and normalizes lymph flow. As a result, excess fluid is removed from the body, swelling goes away and even cellulite is reduced. And the body gains relief. Joints become more flexible, which helps prevent injuries. Active sports – skiing, snowboarding and even running – are impossible without a stretching complex beforehand.

How long does it take to sit on the twine?

To answer this question, you need to take into account a lot of factors: your natural flexibility, physical preparation, the number of workouts per week and regularity, age and even drinking regimen.

It’s one thing if you’re already in good shape: you may have stretched in the twine in the past or finished every workout in the gym with stretching exercises. In this case, it will be much easier for you to achieve results. It is quite different when you are a complete beginner. Then you will have to work longer.

Anyway, no professional trainer can give you an exact timeframe for achieving the desired result – everything is too individual.

We have encountered people who have never sat on the twine or even tried, but after a month they achieved the desired effect. And it can happen that one twine is easy to do, but the other is not possible – then additional exercises are included.

But, of course, with any data, everything depends on stable training – without them you can lose even the best result.
