Today is Defender of the Fatherland Day, and we heartily congratulate men on this wonderful holiday. Even though it’s a mid-week day off, there are probably some people planning to get in a workout. Together with Black Star Fitness, we have prepared a great workout plan for you.

You will be performing three supersets. If you do them regularly, in no time you will be able to improve your endurance, improve your overall health, get rid of a couple extra pounds, strengthen your immune system and tone your muscles. Let’s go!

Tehnika

  • Starting position: lying down, hands wider than shoulder width.
  • Perform a push-up, then make a circular motion with the right hand. Again push-up, changing the arm. This is one repetition, you need to do 10.
  • After that, lie on your stomach. The back of the head is a continuation of the spine, arms and legs are stretched, in the hands we hold dumbbells of 1-2 kg each.
  • Simultaneously lift the outstretched legs and arms, tensing the rectus abdominis and gluteal muscles. After bringing the elbow to the chest, bringing the shoulder blades together.
  • Return to the starting position until the muscles are completely relaxed, then repeat the movement.

Do three approaches for 10 times.
