How to learn how to make a power exit on the bar?

If you have already mastered the classic pull-ups, it won’t be difficult to learn this element.

Exit by force is one of the most spectacular exercises that can impress others. This is why, among other things, it is loved by vorkauters. It is quite difficult to perform and requires good coordination, flexibility and, most importantly, well-developed arm muscles.

This element consists of two parts: pull-up and exit to a stop above the bar. If you have never tried to do the exit by force before, you should start by learning simple pull-ups. When you manage to do 10-15 repetitions, you can start to study the exit by force. If not, you should not try to jump above your head, you may get injured. The main nuance – this is an explosive exercise, it must be performed quickly.
