How to increase the level of sexual activity? Answered by a relationship expert

How does the time of year affect libido?

“Libido (sexual desire) is the level of sexual activity of a person. Let’s start with the fact that it is not only about sex, but also about the desire for life, for pleasure from all manifestations in life. Intimate contact is just one of the components of this concept”.

Anyway, we can safely say that people with high libido are more mobile and successful, live longer, look better and earn more money, achieve goals.

How to change the level of libido?

It would be very wrong to only talk about attraction to the opposite sex, but it definitely has a place. I recommend studying the periods of your sexual desire every five years, comparing yourself with yourself earlier, five years ago, keeping a certain diary of sexual activity.

Into these same entries, one should enter one’s level of general health, habits, increase in social status, accomplishments, increase or decrease in desire for physical activity/social or career ambitions. This is how we measure overall ‘potency for life’.

Does the time of year affect libido levels?

The amount of sun, light and heat absolutely affects the hormones in the human body. Exposure to sunlight has been proven to produce serotonin, a key neurotransmitter in the body’s ability to experience pleasure.

Hormones are the conductors of our state, mood, and health. Their level determines how a person looks, what kind of figure he has, how long he is able to maintain a high level of libido.

The amount of sex hormones, of course, depends on many factors: age, intake of hormones from the outside, the general condition of the person, psycho-emotional factors and the amount of vitamin D received. The latter is a prohormone involved in virtually all biochemical processes of the human body.

Consequently, the more light and sunshine, the more sex hormones, the more active libido. From this point of view, the best times for its proactivation are late spring and summer.

  • In spring, the amount of sunlight increases, the body awakens after the long dark days of winter, hormonal activity increases, mood and social activity increases.
  • Summer is recognized by most researchers of human physiological activity as the period of maximum activity of all body systems, including the reproductive system.

Sunlight and vitamin D increase the level of hormones of joy, happiness, affection, and pleasure. The general mood and condition improves, a person sleeps less, is more active, and therefore, enters into social contacts.

However, too hot weather, on the contrary, reduces libido. Studies show that with high humidity, the birth rate decreases. The authors of the work attribute this to the fact that such a climate makes us sluggish and indecisive.

At the same time, men are more active in relationships in winter. Scientists have found that this is due to the effect of contrast: in the cold season, women walk in closed clothing, so any of their bare body parts can attract the attention of the opposite sex.

But what to do in the fall and winter? How to influence the level of libido during the absence of sunlight?

There are two ways that absolutely work:

  • the first – taking vitamin D (after consulting a doctor) and general physical activity;
  • the second is to do intimate gymnastics.

Intimate gymnastics is simply necessary to engage in both women and men, starting from 18 years old to the wisest age. The fact is that physical training for intimate muscles, among other things, can give activation of the hormonal system, turning on your own physiological reserve.

Activating blood and lymph flow in the pelvis, giving there life and movement, you stimulate all the hormonal and endocrine organs, you have a growing “thirst” for life, sexual desire and, of course, the quality and prolongation of the sexual intercourse itself.

There is nothing better when you hit the target in the most natural, physiologically important way – giving movement and breathing to your organs and pelvic systems.
