How can a man keep fit in 11 minutes?

Audio versija:

The Royal Air Force pilots of this country have been practicing this system for 60 years.

Today’s set of exercises will require nothing more than time. You can do it anywhere and anytime, and you don’t need any sports equipment. What makes this complex different from so many others that are similar? It was developed specifically for the Canadian Air Force in the distant 50s of the last century. Its main advantage is that the performance is possible for everyone, and in time it takes only 11 minutes.

About how a man to pump up his arms without exercisers, told at the link.

This training was first described in the book “Exercise Plan for the Royal Canadian Air Force”, and became known for its simplicity.

Gradually gaining form, you can increase the number of approaches, but try to keep within 10-11 minutes. The workout includes touching the floor with your hands in a bend, running in place with a high hip raise and crossing your legs, head and shoulder raises, leg and head raises, and push-ups. The last three are performed from a supine position. Do not take breaks between exercises, rest after completing the complex.

Today, together with trainer Dmitry Razvarov, we will show you how to perform this workout correctly. Turn on our new video – and go!

In the previous article we told you about the “special forces technique” that will help you fall asleep quickly.
