- Put your feet together, arms point to the sides.
- Take a step forward with your right leg, arms raised above your head.
- Take the straight left leg back and lift it up. Lower the body down. Keep your balance on your right leg. Interlock the fingers of your hands.
- Breathe evenly during the exercise.
Do the exercise three times for 20 seconds for each leg.
Plank

- Stand in a supine position with your elbows slightly bent. Your feet and hands should be shoulder width apart.
- With your palms resting on the floor, bend your elbows further and lower yourself further. Keep your elbows tightly pressed against your body.
- Stay in this position for as long as you can.
- Throughout the exercise keep an even breath, it is very important for all asanas.
Do three such cycles.

- Put your feet shoulder width apart, arms stretched out in front of you.
- Do a squat until your thighs are parallel to the floor. In this position, rise up on your toes.
- Stay in this position for about 30 seconds and return to the starting position.
- Repeat the exercise again in the same sequence.
- Keep your breathing even.
Do three such cycles.
Triangle

- Put your feet a little wider than shoulder width, the toes of the right foot should be turned to 90 degrees, and the left – at 45 degrees. Arms are directed to the sides at shoulder level with palms down.
- Transfer your body weight to your right leg and bend your right knee to a 90-degree angle.
- Place your right hand next to your right foot and reach upward with your left hand.
- Look up and fix yourself in this position for 20 seconds.
- Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise with a change of the supporting leg.
- While performing the exercise, try not to disturb the rhythm of your breathing.
Do three such cycles for each side.
Locust
Execution technique
- Lie on your stomach, hands apart with palms forward.
- Pull your chest off the floor, squeeze your buttocks and raise your hips above the floor, slightly bending your knees.
- Hold this pose for 10 seconds and then return to the starting position.
- After a short rest, do it all over again.
- While performing the exercise, try to breathe evenly.
