These easy exercises will help keep your arms toned.
Push-ups
This exercise is aimed at strengthening the widest muscles of the back, arms and abs.
Tehnika:
- stand in a handstand, legs can be either straight or bent (emphasis on the knees);
- on the inhale bend arms, lower down, touching the floor with the chest;
- exhale and return to the starting position.
Do 10 repetitions in the classic version of push-ups or 20 repetitions – from the knees.
Spring movements of the arms up and down
This exercise is aimed at working out the shoulders.
Tehnika:
- spread your arms apart, keeping them tense;
- quickly swing your arms up and down.
Do 30 repetitions.
Lifting from the forearm in the plank
The exercise is suitable for working out the triceps of the shoulder.
Technique of performance:
- stand in a plank on straight arms;.
- bend the arms alternately, placing them on the forearms;
- unbend the arms and repeat again.
Do 15 repetitions.
