Don’t miss the premier dance event of the year.

After months of preparation and saifers around the world, it’s time to meet the best dancers who are ready to showcase their dazzling power moves at the Red Bull BC One World Breakdancing Championship Finals .

Kicking off at 21:30 (MSC), the broadcast will open and be available to all readers inside the article.

From the streets to the top of the world: how was the selection process?

  • Step 1. National Cypher, E-Battle.

In 2018, 34 countries held cyphers – these are national breakdancing championships that take place in industrial zones, mall atriums, and sometimes just on busy streets, as a result of which 35 winners were selected, they will be joined by the finalist of the online selection – E-battle.

  • Step 2. Last Chance Cypher.

Together they will meet at Last Chance Cypher on September 27, 2018, at the foot of the Alps, in Switzerland, to compete for just one spot in the World Finals, and join the pantheon of the 15 strongest b-boys in the world.

  • Step 3. BC One World Finals.

The 16 best b-boys in the world: 15 wild card invitees plus Last Chance winner Cypher will meet in Zurich at the Hallenstadion in 1-on-1 battles on September 29.

This year, for the first time, there will also be a girls’ championship alongside the men’s event, and their semifinal and final outings will also be on the Red Bull BC One main stage. So we end up with 2 winners in 2018 – the best b-boy and b-girl in the world.
