He accomplished this goal, but his training results didn’t get any better. Then the athlete decided to switch to vegetarianism, after which he finally noticed progress.

Alexey does not eat meat, but he eats eggs and cheese without rennet. The athlete admits that he does not regret his choice at all and the smell of even the most appetizing kebab does not affect him.

Unlike Alexey Voevoda, Hamilton came to veganism for ethical reasons. Lewis believes that eating animal meat is cruel, and the body does not need protein of animal origin.

The athlete claims that the transition to a plant-based diet has only benefited him. He reached the right weight, felt better and learned to control his energy levels. In addition, Lewis advocates for animal rights and cares about the environment.

However, some time later, Williams still decided to expand her diet and became a vegan. The athlete claims that after giving up meat, she began to feel much stronger.
