The minimum number of kilometers on your pedometer is 5! And it is better to walk 8-10 kilometers every day.

Sleep is important!

After the festive festivities, it is important to restore not only nutrition, but also sleep.

Go to bed no later than 23:00. Stop all active activity an hour before bedtime, and the last meal no later than 3 hours.
