Thanks to the mass trend of healthy lifestyle it is now fashionable not only to come and lie on the beach, but also to take part in some competition: whether it is a run for a symbolic 5 kilometers or a cycling race. In our selection we have gathered some interesting opportunities for outdoor activities this fall:

Blue Hall: open water swim

Autumn has finally settled in Moscow, while in Dahab it’s the height of the sporty fall season. October-November are the most comfortable conditions for training and competitions in open water swimming. The start of the marathon takes place in one of the most famous and picturesque corners of the underwater world on the planet – Blue Hall (near Dahab).

Rosa OCR: an obstacle race on the Olympic course

The Rosa OCR race itself is a unique event for our country, because it is held here for the first time, in real mountains, at a good altitude, and the lack of oxygen is also a kind of one of the obstacles for the participants. The distance will be held on the Olympic ski tracks.

My Capital” Half Marathon

The “My Capital” half marathon completes the series “Running along the Golden Ring-2017”. The starting point will be set up on University Square in front of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. The distances are not easy, but interesting. Traditionally, at the final stage will be awarded medals “For commitment to running” to those athletes who have run 7 or more starts of the series.
