Training from the USSR

Everyone did exercises in those times, and for good reason.

The Soviet Union was famous for its culture of sports. In the courtyards, young athletes performed exercises on tourniquets, and girls mastered aerobics at home. There were programs with workouts in the television set, which were not only watched, but repeated.

The idea of sport was everywhere: posters, radio and TV programs with “Morning Charge”, schoolchildren were obliged to pass GTO standards, and at work everyone was waiting for industrial gymnastics. And this phrase was probably on everyone’s lips.

Comrades! If you do not yet do gymnastics in the morning, but want to start this useful work, join us today!

Nikolai Lavrentievich Gordeev is the voice of the program “Morning Gymnastics”.
