Matt Clement decided to make drastic changes after he was hospitalized.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

When Matt Clement, an average office worker from North Carolina, passed over 30, the arrow on the scale reached the mark of 190 kg. He was having trouble sleeping – he was only getting 2-3 hours of sleep, and climbing stairs was the only physical activity on his schedule.<\/p>\n

First his joints began to creak, then he started having problems with his legs. Eventually, Matt ended up in the hospital because of a kidney stone – due to his heavy weight, doctors had to perform surgery to get rid of the problem. That’s when Clement decided that an urgent lifestyle change was needed. Over the next two years, he lost weight by more than 90 kg and pumped up his muscles. How did he do it?<\/p>\n
