Famous singer Keti Topuria is a happy owner of a beautiful figure. The slimness was given to her, as they call it, by inheritance, but motherhood still resulted in extra kilograms. Recently, the girl, who raises a five-year-old daughter Olivia, told how after childbirth dropped 17 kilograms in three months.
Developing the right habits
Keti moved to Moscow at the age of 17 to become the new soloist of the group “A-Studio”. At this time, she was not satisfied with her figure and in addition gained five kilograms due to hormonal restructuring and stress. But the artist was able to quickly pull herself together and develop a habit of proper nutrition.
“When my creative career began with tours and concerts, the weight gained quickly went away, but still I was not satisfied with my appearance. I thought: like slim, but not enough. In addition, I ate then all that categorically forbid nutritionists: khachapuri, chips, bread, fried chicken, sausage…” – said the singer in one of the interviews.
Topuria has almost no time for sports, although she admitted that she likes yoga. For nutrition, however, the artist follows quite closely and tries to stick to a protein diet. “Protein and fiber – the perfect set to keep yourself in shape. Meat, fish, seafood during the day can be eaten in any quantity, if they are combined with vegetables – raw or steamed. And in the morning, before 12 noon, you can eat anything you want, even cheese, although it is quite a fatty product. The only thing is to categorically exclude from the diet fried food, chocolate and sweet pastries. And also put potatoes, mayonnaise and alcohol on the black list,” Keti shared her secrets.
Topuria drinks at least two liters of water a day, for breakfast likes oatmeal or cottage cheese with sour cream, for lunch and dinner she prefers fish or meat with vegetable salad. And no unloading days, because proper nutrition is not about hunger.
Losing weight after the birth of her daughter
During pregnancy, Kathy gained 17 kilograms, although it was not particularly noticeable. After becoming a mom, she did not change her habits: she went on a protein diet, drank enough water and managed to lose weight quickly – in just three months.
I am often asked about the secret of beauty. I always say that the most important thing for a woman is sleep. I sleep about seven hours, it’s enough for me.
Now the girl with a height of 173 cm weighs 57 kg – three “extra” kilos she gained during the quarantine. The singer feels great and looks stunning. She practically does not follow the figure, although sometimes she can do sports – for example, to stand in the bar. As a real Georgian, Keti loves khachapuri.
