How to replace cold coffee in the heat?

Water is the best way to quench thirst. But in the summer heat, you want to drink a delicious cool drink, for example, ice coffee. However, the usefulness of popular cold coffee with cream and syrup can be argued. We suggest replacing it with healthy alternatives that not only refresh, but also give the body a charge of vitamins.

Shot of vitgrass and pineapple

You will need:

  • wheat germ juice (vitgrass) – 40 g;
  • juice of fresh pineapple – 170 g;
  • ice – 2 cubes;
  • fresh mint – 3 leaves.

Squeeze the juice from the pineapple. Mix it with the juice of wheat germ. Add ice and mint leaves.

Cold ginger tea with mint

You will need:

  • fresh ginger root – 2 tsp;
  • lemon -1/3 pcs;
  • mint leaves – to taste;
  • water – 4 cups.

In a small saucepan pour water, pour grated ginger, stir. Put on low heat, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add mint. Cover with a lid and leave until completely cooled. Afterwards, remove to the refrigerator to cool.

Before drinking, add ice cubes. The drink is good for strengthening the immune system and speeds up the metabolism.

If you prefer to cool yourself not with drinks, but with ice cream, do not be upset – on a diet it is not necessary to refuse a cold dessert. About what ice cream can be eaten on a diet, told in the article.

Cold drink from rose hips and raspberries

You will need:

  • frozen raspberries – 50 g;
  • dried rose hips – 50 g;
  • water – 200 ml.

Pour boiling water over the berries, cover with a lid and leave for 15-20 minutes. The drink can be drunk both hot and cooled.

It is a treasure trove of vitamin C, which is necessary to support immunity and collagen synthesis. Rosehip helps to get rid of swelling. And raspberry helps to renew the cells of the body. However, it is worth being careful with it: in some diseases of the kidneys and pancreas from the berry is better to refuse.

Lingonberry morses

You will need:

  • frozen cowberries – 300 g;
  • water – 1.5 liters
  • Manuka honey – to taste.

Lingonberries grind through a sieve, leaving only the cake in it. Through it pour water, carefully squeezing the skins of berries with a spoon. Water can be warm or cold – to your taste. Thoroughly mix the resulting drink. If desired, you can add honey.

Lingonberry morses have anti-inflammatory and diuretic actions.

Ice-matcha

You will need:

  • matcha – 5 tsp;
  • plant milk (oat milk, almond milk, soy milk) – 0.5 liters;
  • ice – 2 cups.

Pour matcha into 250 ml of milk. Thoroughly whisk with a fork or whisk until the powder is completely dissolved. Pour into a jug and add the remaining milk. Then put ice in the pitcher and the vitamin drink is ready!

Matcha lowers cholesterol, increases energy and improves concentration. It is rich in iron, calcium and potassium.

In the summer period, do not forget to drink enough water – pure or mineral water, but not sweet sodas, coffee or juices.

About what water is more useful, told in the material.
