Back problems are quite common, primarily because many people lead a “sedentary” lifestyle. Working out your back is an important process for everyone without exception. Yoga will help to improve the condition of the spine. If you have little free time, give your health at least five minutes. And we together with the instructor Nadezhda Akhmetova will help you in this.

You are waiting for a small complex of six asanas, which will relieve tension from the back muscles and work and stretch the upper part of the body. Turn on the video, watch carefully and follow the recommendations of the trainer. If you want to stay in one of the positions longer, you can do it. Before the exercise we recommend a light warm-up to prepare your muscles and ligaments for the load.
