How to live remotely so you don’t get fat and lose energy? Answered by a nutritionist

How to organize your diet without excluding delicious things?

A nutritionist answers.

Many people think they know almost everything about healthy eating thanks to their favorite food bloggers’ videos on YouTube. During the pandemic, the number of views on food channels grew exponentially. Often a healthy diet is perceived as something very strict, as if you’re walking a tightrope and can’t take a step to the left or right.

Even any super healthy product in unlimited quantities will cause harm, while moderate consumption of the most unhealthy food will have absolutely no effect on your body.

In the modern world there is a huge amount of information about a balanced diet. Everyone knows for a long time – in order not to get fat and not lose energy, the typical “fruits and vegetables” will not be enough. So who can deny themselves small pleasures in the form of their favorite steak or a mug of delicious coffee? Of course, no one. But such sacrifices are not necessary!

Easily digestible protein

Products that are well digested by the body and contain a large amount of protein are fish, poultry, meat. Less fatty proteins are chicken, turkey, and seafood. Many people like seabass and dorado fish: in addition to protein, they contain a lot of phosphorus and minerals.

A combination of pleasant and useful

Mila: If you like fattier varieties of protein, such as pork and beef, it’s best to eat meat with vegetables rather than starchy carbohydrates.

Of course, even a steamed chicken breast combined with fried potatoes will put on extra pounds. Despite the fact that part of the energy will go to life activity, quite a lot of unwanted fats and carbohydrates will be deposited in the body. The secret of slimness lies in the ability to mix products, different in taste and texture. This way will allow you not only to get the energy you need, but also to keep the desired weight.

Cheatmil – an enemy of PP or a necessity?

Mila: If one wants to, it will be quite acceptable to have a belly feast once a week, during which you allow yourself to eat something you have wanted for a long time. It is advisable to do it before 16:00, when your metabolism is most active.

Sometimes it can be hard to resist a piece of your favorite cake or a fragrant bun. You should not limit yourself 24/7, because that’s why there are cheatmilas – more calorie-dense meals. The main rule is to allow yourself to eat junk food no more than once a week.

In everyday life you should avoid fast carbohydrates, such as sweets, pastries and sodas. They give a very strong load on the body, provoking weight gain due to lack of activity.

Sweets, flour and fat: you can, just be careful!

Mila: If everything is within reasonable limits, then these products are not enemies of the figure. However, the constant consumption of sweets and flour entails a change in the body, which as a result will require a constant dose of favorite harmful things. Therefore, sometimes it is very difficult to stop.

But even the most harmful products will not be able to add to you extra pounds, if you carefully monitor the amount and time of their consumption.

Ideally, the last meal should be no later than 20:30, and preferably three hours before bedtime. If possible, it is recommended to exercise to accelerate lymph flow. It helps strengthen connective tissues and the body as a whole, forming a healthy and trim body.

Healthy eating has long ceased to be limited. In today’s world, everyone listens not only to the advice of nutritionists, but also to their own body. A good diet and sports will give you vigor of mind and beauty of the body.
