Fourth day

A mandatory option – a large amount of greens: green salad, rucola, dill, parsley, cilantro, rosemary, basil, celery and others. You can add them as a garnish to meat or make a salad – but without dressing. Meals are fractional, two to three times a day.

Fifth day

It is important to know the main rule for all diets – they are allowed only to healthy people who do not have chronic diseases, among which are cardiovascular, endocrine, kidney diseases. Also in pregnancy or breastfeeding, any dietary restrictions are strictly contraindicated.

Reduction in body weight – about 7-8 kg for five days – is achieved primarily by removing excess fluid from the body and cleansing the intestines. There is a probability of loss of muscle mass (insignificant), which is restored after returning to the usual diet plan. Fat mass goes last.
