Interval training is one of the most effective ways to work your entire body. You will work your legs, arms, abs and improve stretching in a short period of time. Today’s session with trainer Ekaterina Makarova will be quite intense: two rounds of nine exercises are waiting for you.

Before you start the complex, think whether you can withstand the load: all the approaches are performed for 45 seconds, rest between them – 15 seconds. The training will smoothly work different muscles, each exercise will involve a different muscle group.
