Having conducted an experiment, the young man concludes that drinking so much water a day is certainly useful. But there is no dire need for it for a human being. He didn’t notice any shocking changes in the condition of his skin or hair. His general health has indeed become better, and Vova plans to keep the habit of drinking a lot of water in a day. However, this is only his desire, not some kind of necessity.

Children under six months old are not recommended to drink water at all because it may contain infections and viruses. This can adversely affect the child’s health. Replenish the lack of fluid can be with milk, preferably breast milk – it is 80% of water.
