What odors help to calm down and relax?

Motherwort

The plant has a calming effect, and is also useful for heart and vascular diseases, reduces headaches, improves sleep and general well-being.

Field mint

Hops are taken internally, and essential oil rubbed into the wrists or behind the ear for insomnia, nervous fatigue, nervous excitability, hysteria, neurasthenia, neuralgia, neuralgia, dizziness, headache, cardioneuroses with attacks of palpitations.

Common oregano

It has a calming effect on the central nervous system, so it is actively used in folk and evidence-based medicine and aromatherapy.
