Intense circuit training for 20 minutes

It will not only help you pump your muscles, but also strengthen your cardiovascular system.

The main advantage of circuit training is that it doesn’t allow you to relax. Muscles are constantly in tension, it is only important to choose the right exercises. Circuit training will help strengthen the cardiovascular system, and, importantly, it is suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes.

Today, together with fitness bloggers Alexander and Maxim Kalagur, we have prepared a variant of such a workout. Exercises can be done both at home and in the gym. Only desire and willpower will be required. The breaks between approaches will be short, so you will have to try to do them all. But the result is worth it.

All exercises are performed for 40 seconds, rest between them – 20 seconds, the break between circles – three minutes, and you will need to perform a total of three circles. In total, you will get about 20 minutes.
