Are you an owl, a lark or a dove? The “Championship” test will help to determine

Test: are you an owl, a lark or a dove?

Perhaps you have a hard time waking up in the morning not just because you go to bed late.

Sleep is one of the most important, irreplaceable needs, which replenishes energy reserves, gives the body a rest and gain strength. But everyone has a different sleep schedule: someone is a lark, someone is an owl, and someone is a dove.

Everyone’s body has a gene that is responsible for the chronotype. It is inherited from parents. For example, there is a late chronotype (owl) and an early chronotype (lark).

There is another type of sleep mode – pigeon. This is an intermediate variant between owls and larks. They wake up at 7-9 o’clock, and the period of activity is distributed evenly throughout the day. Unlike owls, whose activity falls in the second half of the day, and larks, who are more active in the first half.

To find out what your chronotype is, the “Championship” test will help you.
