Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen and Russian singer Anna Semenovich are completely different girls. Perhaps, they are connected only by the year of their birth – 1980. Anna has already turned 40 years old, Gisele will celebrate her anniversary in the summer. Why does one of them manage to remain light and airy, while the other is far from being the slim girl from “Glittering” that she was 15 years ago?

Anna has never been bony – even during her sports career she could boast large breasts. After leaving figure skating, she no longer needed to strictly control every calorie, and gradually it became clear that the girl is prone to obesity. In recent years, she has noticeably increased in volume.

Semenovich in his “instagram” not once addressed the topic of her own appearance, and reading her thoughts, it seems that in principle she is satisfied with herself, her body and life.

If someone is complex about age, forget it. We are as old as we feel, I’ve been feeling 27 and looking 27 for a long time. And it’s not magic, it’s my intention! We are in control of this reality and it’s up to us to decide how old we are. I love my life, I love my man, I love my job, and the main secret of my youth is love.

However, in the network she is often criticized – called fat, advising to eat less and start losing weight. Semenovich repels attacks: “I know for sure that I want to live in pleasure and get every day of my life positive emotions. I am not an Armani model, but I am a normal, healthy and beautiful woman. Periodically Semenovich still tries to keep a diet – then the girl excludes from her diet alcohol, flour and dairy products, engaged in cardio-exercise. But if it helps, it does not last long. In addition, Anna loves to cook and constantly publishes recipes of her dishes in “Instagram” and, apparently, does not limit herself in anything. Moreover, the cheerful disposition allows the singer to laugh at herself – a year ago she released a clip where she appeared in the image of a fat housewife.

Gisele Bündchen can still be seen on the covers of fashion magazines and in advertisements. Her age can be guessed by the calm look, but the girl’s figure has not changed a bit. And this is despite the fact that Giselle has two children.

Surprisingly, but in her youth Bündchen had a whole bunch of bad habits – she smoked, consumed junk food and alcohol, not caring about the health of the body. The girl is lucky that she has a good metabolism, but because of the wrong lifestyle Gisele eventually faced psychological problems, which prompted her to pay more attention to her health.

I don’t refer to my diet as a diet, but rather as healthy eating habits that keep me energized and clear-headed, so that I can lead a productive and enjoyable life.

In her diet, meat, poultry and dairy products are almost non-existent. She does not give them up completely, but more on vegetables, fruits and cereals. Bündchen usually eats fresh juice for breakfast and fresh salad and vegetable soup for lunch. To maintain a great shape, the girl is engaged in boxing, rest also prefers to be active – likes surfing, horseback riding. “I love it when the body moves, it makes me feel good, become better and calmer as a person.”

Bündchen is also a fan of yoga: “It brings such peace that I can spend the whole workout in a state of meditation. Yoga is a powerful spiritual practice, it has brought me back to life.” We can add that Gisele has derived a formula by which she manages to look much younger than her almost 40 years.

Some people have a slim figure given by nature, but a small size is not an indicator of health. Keep a strong, healthy body after 40 can only be thanks to the will and discipline. Here everyone chooses for themselves – some people are comfortable being pudgy, while others find happiness in constant training and balanced nutrition.
