Bodybuilder Sean Reese has only 3% body fat

The American eats 2.5 kg of meat every day. And no chemistry!

Soccer star and Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo is a model of an ideal body for many people. The Portuguese adheres to such a strict regimen that his body has only 7% body fat! According to biological parameters, the Portuguese is only 23 years old.

However, American bodybuilder Shawn Rez responded to the famous footballer. It turned out that his body has only 3% fat. This is simply a phenomenal figure, which Sean manages to keep for a whole year. How does he do it?

Crazy workouts

Sean grew up on Jean-Claude van Damme movies. As a child, he constantly rewatched pictures with his idol and tried to be like him in everything. Hence the crazy training schedule, which Sean adheres to for a whole year. During the sessions he manages to perform 50 reps in one set. And he rests for a minimum of time between approaches. The intervals between sets do not exceed one minute.

In order to work his abs in detail, Shawn has invented an innovation – arm and leg block. In one training session, the American performs 200 repetitions for each muscle group. And he does it almost every day, not allowing himself to relax even in the off-season, when there are no tournaments among bodybuilders. These are simply inhuman loads that only a unique organism can withstand.

2.5 kilograms of meat a day!

Another amazing fact is the athlete’s food system. All year round he does almost without carbohydrates. But he eats 2.5 kg of meat every day. To them he adds vegetables, fish and fruits. No starchy carbohydrates. Sean eats seven meals a day, which is about every two hours.

Together with grueling workouts in this way, his body produces crazy doses of hormones. This system allows you to work all the muscle fibers. This is the secret of such an impressive physical form of Shawn Reza. For the fact that the American retains such a dry figure throughout the year, he was given the nickname Secheny. In 12 months Sean manages to gain two kilograms of lean muscle. And these two kilograms are not just saved, but are added every year.

And all this without chemicals?

Sean calls himself a “natural jock”. He performs exclusively at natural bodybuilding competitions, because he realizes that it is useless for him to fight with those who love “chemistry”. At the same time, Shawn does not condemn those who resort to pharmacological support and believes that it is a personal matter for each person and athlete. He made his choice a long time ago, and he is sure that health is more important than the immediate effect of using supplements.

Experts largely agree that Sean has a natural shape. His sloping shoulders speak about the absence of steroids, because they are not spherical in shape like those of pharmacology enthusiasts.
