You won’t need any equipment.

Functional training is a very popular form of fitness, and for good reason. These sets of exercises help to load all muscle groups in the shortest possible time. “Functional training” does not take a lot of time and engage all your internal resources, develop endurance, strength and flexibility.

Today, together with fitness bloggers Alexander and Maxim Kalagur, we have prepared a small workout at home. You won’t need any equipment. You just need to make some space on the floor: some of the exercises will be performed lying down. The nature of the workout is explosive, so be prepared that you won’t have to rest much, but the result is worth it.

The complex consists of five exercises, each of them is performed for 45 seconds, rest between approaches – 15 seconds. Choose the number of circles you need. Distribute the load competently, depending on fatigue, start small, increasing the load every day. Turn on the video and let’s go!
