Vegetables cooked on the grill, differ in taste and characteristic aromatic smell. In addition, this method of cooking will allow you to preserve the shape of vegetables and rich flavor.
Ingrediënten
- zucchini: 200 g;
- eggplants: 200 g;
- bell pepper (yellow): 200 г;
- tomatoes: 200 g;
- onions: 200 g;
- boiled corn: 400 g;
- Ramiro pepper: 200 g;
- soy sauce: 400 ml;
- garlic: 3 cloves
- sesame oil: 100 ml;
- cilantro: 30 g.
Voorbereiding
Step 1. All vegetables thoroughly rinse.
Step 2. Cut bell peppers and Ramiro into four parts and clean from the seeds.
Step 3. Cut tomatoes into two parts.
Step 4. Cut eggplant and zucchini into 1.5 cm thick rings.
Step 5. Peel and slice onions into 1.5 cm thick rings and connect the rings with skewers so that they do not lose their shape during cooking.
Step 6. Cut the corn cob crosswise into two or three pieces.
Step 7. Prepare the marinade: mince garlic and cilantro, pour soy sauce and sesame oil over them.
Step 8. Let all the vegetables soak in the marinade for at least an hour.
Step 9: Grill until cooked through.
