Do not: those who have skin diseases, diseases of the lymphatic or circulatory system, oncology, severe diabetes mellitus.

The main rules when performing massage on any zone:

  • pre-clean the skin;
  • keep your back straight;
  • massage should not cause unpleasant or painful sensations.

You can also use products, but natural and customized for your skin type:
– oily and prone to rashes – apricot oil is suitable;
– dry and normal – cosmetic cream, olive or coconut oil.

Find a point in the middle of the forehead, lead from it to the temples with three fingers of both hands (index, middle and ring finger). Then turn the palms of the hands with the wrists to the center of the face and continue the line to the ears. Without changing the position of the wrist, bring the fingers to the collarbone through the side of the neck.

Getting rid of “hound’s feet” and overhanging eyelid

For greater effectiveness, it is worth performing this exercise on each eye separately. Three fingers (without the thumb and little finger) press to the outer corner of the eye, along the lower arc to the inner one, return along the upper arc. From the starting point lead the hand to the temples and ears, go down to the collarbones through the lateral surface of the neck.

Fighting with nasolabial folds

Put three fingers in the center of the chin and lead to the corners of the lips. Then lightly press on the nasolabial folds. Go back to the starting point and go down to the collarbones through the side of the neck.

Create a clearer cheekbone line

Pressing three fingers to the cheekbones, lift them up, repeat a couple of times and descend to the collarbones.

Tighten the cheeks.

Put the left hand, bent into a fist, on the chin at the neck, the right hand is bent in the hand and rests on the cheek parallel to the nose. The left hand is stationary, and the right hand moves to the ear. Return to the starting point and go down to the collarbones.

Smoothing wrinkles on the forehead
