But what if you’ve already decided to stick to a proper diet and not let yourself “binge” over the holidays, and 2019 promises so many interesting premieres? We will not force you to watch a movie hungry under the tantalizing aromas of air corn, but tell you how to replace the usual movie snacks with a healthy snack.

The easiest thing to do, of course, is to simply resist the temptation to crunch snacks while watching a movie. But in practice, it’s much harder to do that. Especially when you go to the movies with a large group. To avoid limiting yourself, use these useful tips.

  • Don’t go to the movies on an empty stomach.
  • Share. Offer your portion to your friends. This way you will not be without pleasure, and eat much less.
  • Consider the calorie content of your snacks. Include it in your diet for the day.

Well, for those who do not want to feel remorse for another trip to the movies, we have collected several alternatives that will replace your favorite snacks.

Dried fruit mixes

By themselves, raisins, apricots, figs – a very caloric substitute. However, special blends that can be found in any store offer dried bananas, apples, mangoes, etc. These are much less caloric, but definitely healthy options.
